The facility is available for long weekends up to two weeks in a single booking. The absolute maximum number of sleeping spaces is 60, but that is with every double bed and double sofa bed occupied, so the arrangement of the sleeping accommodation will be important to you when deciding how large a group to bring. In practice this probably means a maximum of about thirty five (35) adults, but this still leaves room for some additional kids. The distribution of sleeping accommodation is set out below. In total 13 bedrooms, 9 of which are large. 14 double beds 11 double sofa beds 10 additional soft single chairs that convert to single beds These “singles” can easily be moved to wherever you want them. All the large bedrooms can take at least an extra two of these, the smaller rooms at least one.
